At W4Walk.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day easy return and refund policy.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and tags.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, show signs of wear, or are returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
